Our Urban X Essentials Steel Frame Internal Cavity Doors deliver the clean architectural look of a steel-framed sliding door in a simplified, cost-effective format. Designed for modern interiors where space efficiency and light flow are key, this system allows the door to slide neatly into a cavity wall, creating open, uninterrupted sightlines without sacrificing style.

Built using our Luxe38 profile system, the Essentials cavity door maintains the refined steel aesthetic Urban X is known for, while offering a streamlined hardware and installation approach to suit budget-conscious projects and standard internal applications.

This range is designed to work in collaboration with builder-installed cavity systems, including Fast Fix Joey-style cavity units, making it an ideal solution for residential builds, renovations, and interior fit-outs.

Build & Quote

Urban X Essentials cavity doors provide the visual impact of a steel-framed sliding door while maintaining a simplified installation method. The hanger system is designed to be fixed directly into the top of the door panel by others, allowing the door to operate with common cavity hardware systems supplied on site.

This approach offers flexibility during construction while keeping the overall aesthetic clean and architectural.
